Tree of Hope

At Retail First, we’re proud to create shopping centre activations that not only drive visitation, increase dwell time, and encourage retail spend, but also deliver something more meaningful for our community.

Our Tree of Hope and Gratitude at Toowong Village is a great example of this. Inspired by the jacarandas currently blooming throughout the Toowong area, the installation provides a space for visitors to share positive messages of encouragement for cancer patients at the nearby The Wesley Hospital.

For every message written, $5 is donated to Wesley Choices, helping provide support for those in our community who need it most.

This initiative transforms Toowong Village into more than just a shopping destination – it becomes a gathering place, a hub of positivity, and a way for our community to give back.
