This month, our Retail First Centre Management teams came together to recognise RUOK? Day, taking time out to enjoy a morning tea, connect with colleagues, and remind each other of the importance of checking in.
One of our core values, Better Together, is about building meaningful relationships, supporting one another, and creating a workplace where everyone feels connected and valued.
While the yellow cupcakes added a little fun to the occasion, the real value was in the conversations shared and the connections strengthened.
